Object Detection Using AI
AI enables computers to identify and locate objects in images or videos using deep learning techniques like convolutional neural networks. This technology finds broad applications, including surveillance, autonomous vehicles, and medical imaging, by accurately detecting and tracking objects in real time.
Goals and Objectives:
- Implement AI algorithms for Object tracking and image recognition
- Create solutions for real-world problems related to the field of object detection and tracking
Expected Outcomes:
- Understand the basic concepts of Image processing and Artificial Intelligence
- Apprehend various algorithms associated with object detection
- Implement object detection and tracking for use cases like helmet detection, mask detection, surveillance and so on.
Special Feature:
The special feature of this project lies in the use of microwave synthesis, which offers advantages such as rapid processing, uniform heating, efficient colourant incorporation, and precise control over optical properties compared to traditional methods.
Requirements from Participants:
- Laptop with a working webcam
- Basic knowledge of any programming language will be advantageous
