Celebrating Patriotism and Heritage at the Republic Day Event 2024

The Republic Day celebration at Knowledgeum Academy, commemorated India’s 75th Republic Day with a focus on the country’s rich heritage, cultural diversity, and national pride. The event opened with a welcome address and a patriotic inauguration song, setting an enthusiastic tone for the day. Followed by an insightful speech on Republic Day and Heritage India, highlighting lesser-known aspects of India’s history, such as the fascinating fact that the Indian Constitution is the longest-written constitution in the world, finalised after three years of meticulous effort.

The Nukkad Natak, performed by Arjun and his team, was a standout act, delivering powerful messages on unity, equality, and justice in an engaging and thought-provoking manner. The celebration also included an inter-house quiz competition centred on Republic Day, fostering participation and enhancing awareness about India’s heritage.

The event successfully blended patriotism, entertainment, and education, with commendable efforts from educators in planning and execution of this event.
